EPITA helps international students to be accommodated in residence halls, private rooms or flats ((€450 to €650 per month prior to the housing aid benefits). Registered students can have access to housing ads on the EPITA web site. Students can also benefit from a privileged access to three student residences situated next to the campuses, in Kremlin-Bicêtre and Villejuif. In addition, the school has several agreements with housing services in Paris.

If you are a renter with limited financial resources, you may be eligible for housing aid. This financial assistance is a subsidy from the French State and varies according to your personal earnings and situation. It is paid out by the CAF ("Caisse d'Allocations Familiales"). The amount can reach 50% of the rent, within certain limits. All students apply individually to the CAF office.
In addition to numerous bakeries, cafés and restaurants, each campus has its own cafeteria serving a variety of dishes. Also, the student card gives access to university restaurants (Kremlin Bicêtre, Cité Universitaire and so on).

Students have created many clubs to fulfill their diverse interests ranging from hands-on experience in IT aspects, to Japanese culture and various sports activities.
