Application Process
How do you apply to EPITA? Follow our step by step application checklist:
- Completed application form & photo
- Curriculum Vitae
- Statement of Purpose
- 2 Letters of recommendation
- 1 certified copy of your Bachelor's Degree (in French or English and/or certified translation)
- Transcripts of records (in French or English and/or certified translation)
- Copy of passport
- TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS or Cambridge ESOL BULATS
- �60 application fee paid online of via bank transfer (write to us at if you opt to redeem the application fee by wire transfer)
- Bank or sponsor letter attesting that the student will have financial support throughout the duration of the program (to be submitted after notification of acceptance)

Fall Program: Application closes July 31. Program starts the first week of October.
Spring Program: Application closes December 30. Program starts the first week of March.
From being a qualified applicant to becoming an International Master student
- Application Form Received
After receiving your application form, our team checks for completion and qualified applicants are required to undergo a phone-interview. We recommend an online application for the quickest processing.
- Admissions' Committee Deliberation
At this stage selected applicants receive their Offer Letter, which invites them to join EPITA for the semester of their choice. - Acceptance of Offer
The offer letter includes an acceptance deadline by which each accepted candidate must confirm enrolment.
- Deposit Payment & Financial Support
Upon committing to attend EPITA, students redeem their deposit by wiring �5,500 into the school's account and send our office their bank statement. - Enrolment Confirmation Certificate
Once our Accounting Office receives the student's deposit, our office issues the Enrolment Confirmation Certificate securing the student's spot within the chosen cohort and providing information for visa issuance purposes. - Visa application
Each student is responsible for contacting the local French Embassy or Consulate to inquire about the up to date student visa procedures. Note that some countries require the visa procedure to be conducted with CampusFrance (Visit www.campusfrance.org to view the countries subjected to the CampusFrance protocol). - Deferred Entry
If after Enrolment Confirmation, the accepted student cannot for emergency circumstances begin studying in the original semester of enrolment, Deferred Entry to the following semester can be granted. This process is free of charge. - Attendance Cancellation
Students unable to attend the program for serious reasons in the original semester of enrolment or in under Deferred Entry, will receive �4,500 reimbursement after our team has received formal notification of the decision.
